Located within five minutes’ walk from the future Gul Circle MRT Station, JTC Space @ Tuas is JTC’s first integrated development that caters to both MNCs and SMEs from a diverse range of industries including oil and gas, precision engineering and general manufacturing.

The seven land-based factories on the ground floor are provided with high ceiling height and heavy floor loading, catering to companies involved in heavier manufacturing activities. 36 ramp-up and 95 flatted factories were built on top of these land-based factories, enabling integration and collaboration within the manufacturing value-chain. The development includes 1300-bed worker dormitories equipped with sports and recreational facilities and an amenities centre. Heavy vehicle parking is also integrated to serve tenants.

The buildings are a prototype for JTC, containing a central services and facilities spine, located above the land based factories, that speed up the set-up process and provide flexibility to companies by enabling them to quickly plug-in and operate with ready-built facilities.
