Located in the heart of Sembawang, Eastlink I and II @ Canberra is sited across the road from Canberra MRT station. A series of elevated linkways connects Eastlink I - comprising six residential blocks ranging from 11 to 12 storeys - to Eastlink II, which is made up of five 11-storey residential blocks. The linkways facilitate pedestrian connectivity between the two estates and link residents to amenities such as the neighbourhood centre, communal plaza, and precinct markers.
The development includes the three-storey neighbourhood centre Canberra Plaza, which integrates childcare and eldercare with spaces and activity nodes. Canberra Plaza creates vibrancy in the precinct as a family focused centre for all age groups.
With its network of elevated pedestrian connections appearing as undulating bands inspired by flowing rivers, it serves as identifiers to this new neighbourhood. The bands meander through the residential blocks, weaving together activities, landscape spaces, and playgrounds, in celebration of community life.
