108 Robinson Road is a 12-storey commercial building situated along a stretch of office buildings within Singapore’s bustling central business district. Its upgraded design features a brand-new façade and improvements to the office spaces and ground-floor lobby.

The new façade improves the building's visibility from among neighbouring office buildings, and injects vibrancy to the commercial area where the building is located.

The ceiling and façade enhancements above the promenade encourage public use by creating a welcoming environment for pedestrians to pass through, while improvements to the ground floor lobby include new activity-generating uses along the promenade.

Designed with the post COVID-19 world in mind, enhancements to the M&E systems and office spaces promote a healthy and sustainable work environment by allowing cross-ventilation of the offices.
