Puay Lin has more than 30 years of experience in the planning, design, supervision, and contract administration for a broad spectrum of large-scale building and development projects, with a focus on industrial and business park projects. 

Responsible for the design and supervision of numerous building works, Puay Lin has left her mark on a range of notable projects, including Geneo Cluster 1 at Singapore’s Science Park, Biopolis Phase 3, and Fusionopolis and the STT-StarHub Mediahub Data Centre at One North, corporate headquarters for Kajima and Razer, and high-rise industrial motor workshop and food city production facilities As testament to her commitment to sustainability, many of Puay Lin’s buildings have been awarded the Green Mark Super Low Energy status.
