Mustakim Ismail

Mustakim is a focused and dedicated designer with a wealth of international project experience. As a team leader at Forum Architects in 2004, he oversaw residential and mixed development projects in Malaysia and Egypt. He was also responsible for driving the architectural coordination, design and tender documentation between various foreign and local consortium partners on the prestigious Singapore Sports Hub Public-Private Partnership’s (PPP) gruelling $1.9 billion international competition bidding process.

Since joining SAA, Mustakim has led numerous local and overseas design competitions and feasibility studies for residential, commercial and mixed developments, including Changi Airport Terminal 4, where he coordinated the complex network of roads and bridges accessing the airport and all ancillary buildings including the 16-storey Ramp Control Tower.

He is currently one of the key leads on the Woodlands Health Campus team, Singapore’s largest integrated hospital, growing the team’s skill with his experience.
