Liew You San

You San has almost 30 years of experience in various aspects of the architecture and building industry, both in Singapore and internationally. He adopts a collaborative approach,  adeptly managing business development, project and design management, master planning, urban design, architectural design, and the implementation of building projects.

You San strongly believes in creating urban and architectural spaces to enhance the social fabric in the communities he designs for, and has conceptualised and implemented numerous township development plans. He has led teams of architects and specialists, overseeing both design and supervision across various project typologies. These include residential, mixed-use developments, and healthcare developments. Most recently You San’s integrated clinic, nursing home and senior care centre project in Bukit Panjang, Singapore was awarded the MOHH Award for Innovation and Technology.
