Jasmine Teo Lay Peng

Jasmine has over 20 years of experience in the planning, design, supervision, and contract administration of private and public building projects in Singapore. These include projects of varying scales and complexities — residential, mixed development, institution, industrial, defence — many of which have won awards.

As project lead, Jasmine demonstrates keen involvement across each development phase, from initial design conceptualisation right through to fruition and delivery. Renowned for fostering close collaboration with stakeholders, Jasmine effectively brings people together by motivating and steering project teams towards successful outcomes. Her problem-solving approach ensures that the buildings she designs are optimised for efficiency and performance.

Jasmine is a specialist in and has considerable experience executing large-scale cold room industrial projects. Some of these include the Tee Yee Jia Food Hub, one of Singapore’s largest high volume cold rooms with an automated storage retrieval system; and the NTUC Fairprice Fresh Food Distribution Centre with multi-temperature cold rooms, and an automated storage and retrieval system.
