Ivy Koh Chin Wern
A seasoned architect with almost 20 years of experience, Ivy has acquired both breadth and depth of design work with a wide repertoire of successful projects, with a focus on high-rise residential and mixed developments in Singapore.
Ivy typically oversees all design-related aspects of the development – both technical and financial, from project brief formulation, conceptual design, construction administration to construction management and design management. Ivy works with clients, various stakeholders, designers, technical consultants, and the authorities to realise the visions and implementation of complex projects, navigating the intricacies of building requirements in different locales.
Among her notable accomplishments, Ivy recently spearheaded the successful completion of the SJ Campus in collaboration with Safdie Architects, and was the lead architect for the Temasek Shophouse, which received the URA Conservation Heritage Award in 2019 and was a finalist for the President Design Awards in 2021.
