Hong Fenglin

A performance-driven leader who employs a rigorous and systematic approach to project management, Fenglin has worked on a wide spectrum of projects from infrastructure, commercial, mixed-used, residential, institutional to industrial both in local and overseas markets, since joining SAA in 2010.

She is highly versatile, leading the Project and Technical Teams and managing bid efforts for the firm. She has been instrumental in securing successful tenders for high-profile projects including Changi Airport Terminal 4, Bulim Industrial Estate, and JTC Pesawat.

She is currently the Project Lead for the SAA architectural team appointed as the Lead Coordinating QP (Qualified Person) in the ground-breaking Changi Airport Terminal 5 project.

Fenglin is a mentor to the younger architects in her team. A vital member of our practice management committee, she draws from her experience to drive professional excellence in SAA.
