Chew Chak Min

Chak Min brings to the team 25 years of experience in architectural design and project management. He has a 15-year track record in leading technically-complex architectural projects across the transportation, industrial, and healthcare sectors. An analytical practitioner and strategic thinker, Chak Min has delivered large-scale projects such as Singapore Changi Terminal 4 and JTC Space @ Tuas.

Since joining SAA in 2001, he has undertaken numerous institutional, residential, retail, and office projects, including One Raffles Place, a prestigious Grade A office tower in downtown Singapore. Additionally, he was the lead in the design and implementation of MRT stations on Singapore’s North East Line and Circle Line.

In his role as Director and Qualified Person, Chak Min manages the needs of clients and facilitates strong collaborations that fully leverage the team’s design and technical expertise, and project management capabilities.
