Campbell Cumming
Campbell brings 25 years of experience in designing and delivering major building and complex transport infrastructure projects in Singapore and the region.
He has led the delivery and implementation of key projects ranging from commercial and mixed-use developments, rail transit, aviation and healthcare projects, to residential and institutional developments of varying scales and complexity in Singapore, China, India, and the UK.
Notable projects include Marina One, a mixed-use mega project in Singapore’s new downtown; the Kuala Lumpur–Singapore high-speed rail (HSR), a strategic project between the governments of Malaysia and Singapore to facilitate seamless travel between the two capital cities; and the upcoming Changi Airport Terminal 5, Singapore’s new multi-billion dollar airport terminal and supporting facilities at Changi East.
Campbell strongly believes in placing the needs of people and the community at the heart of his work as he designs, practises, and delivers projects across various typologies.
