Benito Ngotiaoco

Benito has been with the SAA family for over 20 years, during which he contributed to many of the firm’s high-profile local and international projects. His notable projects include the Shangri-La and JW Marriot hotels in India, and key government infrastructure projects in Singapore, such as the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations for the Circle, Downtown and Thomson-East Coast Lines.

Benito’s exemplary skills and knowledge have contributed to multiple project awards for SAA, such as Newton MRT station’s BCA Construction Excellence Award for Construction Safety in 2017, and St. Thomas Suites’ prestigious FIABCI Singapore Property Award and BCA Green Mark Gold Award. He was the key lead for the Klang Valley Mass Transit (KVMRT) Line 2 project in Malaysia and the Thomson-East Coast Line MRT project in Singapore.
