SAA shares insights at Tata Steel event

SAA's Senior Associate Director Charles Arnal shared his insights at "Converse to Construct", a meeting of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community in Hyderabad, organised by global steel-making company, Tata Steel, on 23 January 2024 in Hyderabad, India.

Speaking about innovative construction methods like Mass Engineered Timber (MET), Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), Advanced Precast Concrete System (APCS), and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Charles explored their applications in Singapore's context and how SAA had adopted these approaches in several projects.

"Converse to Construct" is a platform for different stakeholders of the construction sector to share and co-create ideas, to facilitate the adoption of faster, sustainable, and modern construction practices in line with global benchmarks.

The event also marked the launch of Tata Steel's new construction service centre in Hyderabad.
