Northpoint City Bags the World Silver Award at FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards

We are excited to announce that Northpoint City has been recognised as the World Silver Winner in the Retail Category at the recent FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2022

FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards recognizes projects that best embodies excellence in all real estate disciplines involved in its creation.

The transit-oriented development (TOD) was designed to have seamless connections to the public transportation network, including the Yishun Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station and air-conditioned bus interchange as well as its proximity to the upcoming North-South Corridor.
