The redevelopment of ACS School of Barker Road aims to create a comprehensive masterplan that fosters an interractive learning enviroment for an IT-enabled institution on a difficult sloping site of 5.8 hectares. Paramount to the redevelopment is the reinstatement of a replica of the demolished clock tower.

Besides the standard classroom blocks for the primary and secondary school, the school will have many facilitties that are not easily found in other schools. These facilities are housed in a seperated building blocks and include the art centre, sports complex cum transport centre, parade square, auditorium, methodist centre as well as two blocks of hostels housing 486 rooms.
