A designer with excellent project administration and management skills, Arnold has been responsible for over nine Mass Rapid Transport (MRT) projects in Singapore, where he managed the overall design, tender and contract documentation for these projects.

Prior to joining SAA in 2007, Arnold worked as a Project Architect in the Philippines and was engaged in the overall design, project management and construction of various residential and institutional projects.

Arnold has built up specialized technical knowledge on MRT projects in Singapore, which includes station planning, design management and stakeholder engagement, making him an integral part of SAA’s transportation projects team. Currently, he is part of the design team working on Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Line 2, a rail project that spans across Singapore and Malaysia.
