Lee Jia Xian

Senior Associate

Since his graduation in 2007, Jia Xian garnered a wide range of experience from his international projects, including London, Tunisia, Libya, Brunei, Vietnam and Singapore, with diverse knowledge in project coordination and architectural detailing.

Jia Xian was a key player in the execution of Changi Airport Terminal 4, where he took charge of tenancy requirements, stakeholder communications and way-finding, contributing to T4’s achievement of the Universal Design Mark Platinum Award.

With his strong analytical skills, Jia Xian adapts quickly to different typologies, leading feasibility studies and tender bids. He successfully completed several large scale projects including the award winning One Raffles Place Podium, carrying out the retrofitting during its continue retail operations.
Currently, Jia Xian is part of the multi-billion dollar Woodlands Health Campus team in Singapore, where he integrates human-centric designs with stakeholder alignment.
