Joycelyn manages large-scale projects with deftness in balancing design and technical demands. Prior to joining SAA in 2019, Joycelyn worked on the Singapore Mandai Nature Park, a nature based mega-attraction of over 125 hectares.

Over the years, Joycelyn has gained extensive experience across a diverse range of project typologies and disciplines spanning residential, institutional, education, hospitality, landscape design, master planning and urban design. She has the proven ability to balance design and technicalities to deliver creative solutions in her work. Joycelyn’s collaborative spirit and people-focused approach makes her a versatile and competent team player. Her experience in managing multiple users and stakeholders in complex projects has strengthened her communication and management skills.

Presently, she plays an instrumental role in driving the Gardens by the Bay East project and is part of the Changi Airport Terminal 5 team.
