An all-rounded and versatile architect, Josh has successfully led the spatial planning and design management across a diverse mix of project typologies and stages, working well with clients to deliver excellent results in multiple high-profile and highly-detailed key projects.
He was instrumental in several key projects such as Xin Zhong Plaza, Zhongshan – a half kilometre stellar prime stretch of land along historical Qi Jiang, making it the new landmark of the city of Zhongshan, China, and in the Resorts World Sentosa 2.0 Expansion. He was also the project lead for Parcel 3 of the expansion which includes the New Forum, Festive Walk, and a 10-storey Hotel Michael Extension on top of an existing two storey basement BOH and carpark.
Passionate and empathetic, Josh believes in the power of design to create meaningful spaces for the community through memorable placemaking, as well as to champion sustainability. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer in School of Design, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where he gives back to the community by nurturing the next generation of architectural talents.
