Since joining SAA in 2010, James has worked on numerous international and local projects, across typologies, including healthcare, transport (airport), commercial, industrial. He is highly conversant in local authority regulations and requirements, and has led SAA’s technical teams through numerous challenging projects with complex authority requirements.
With his wide range of experience, James has built strong relationships with local statutory departments and worked closely with them to produce innovative technical solutions. Under his leadership, Changi Airport Terminal 4 successfully obtained TOP for Phase 1 works in a short 40 months from SAA’s appointment as the lead architect of the project. His notable projects include jem, Lifelong Learning Institute at Paya Lebar, Citygate, amongst others.
He is currently leading the technical team on the Woodlands Health Campus, where his dedication and mentorship has seen the project through myriad stakeholder requirements to the tender stage.
