SAA has secured a landmark project from the Gardens by the Bay.

SAA director, Michael Leong, said: “The Bay East masterplan will evolve into a world-class garden setting that enhances Singapore’s #liveability, and #environmental and #cultural #sustainability.” Bay East will be offering an inspiring vista of the city skyline and of the Supertrees and Conservatories at Bay South and is slated for opening in 2027.

SAA is the lead consultant of a multi-disciplinary team, with Civil & Structural Engineering by KTP Consultants Pte Ltd, and Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Quantity Surveying by Surbana Jurong. SAA is also the consultant for Interior Design, Design for Safety, and BIM in the development of Bay East’s design and landscape and its integration with the Founders’ Memorial.
